Privacy notice

This privacy notice explains what personal information SCVO Credit Union collects when you use this website, and your rights over it.

It covers this website only. It does not cover the members’ portal (members.scvocreditunion.scot), or how we use your information to run your membership, savings and loans. For those, contact us using the details below.

What we collect when you use this website

Simply by browsing this website, we do not record any personal information about you except your internet (IP) address.

Your IP address is the number given to your device when it connects to the internet. Our servers need it to send you the pages you ask for. We keep it in our server logs for up to a month so we can investigate errors.

If you accept optional cookies, we also use Google Analytics to see how people use the website. It does not tell us who you are. Our cookies policy explains this, and how to say no.

You can also ask us for a copy of the information, and ask us to stop using it.

To ask for any of these, contact us by email or phone using the details above.

Your right to complain

If you have a complaint about how we have handled your personal information, contact us first by email at [email protected] or by phone on 0131 474 8003.
